The Fiend Bray Wyatt Drawing
"The Fiend" Bray Wyatt has been such a captivating and magnetic force in WWE that it feels like a lifetime ago that Randy Orton punt kicked Husky Harris so hard that he landed in NXT and became a hillbilly cult leader. In the years since, Bray Wyatt has been a cult leader, a generically supernatural guy who terrorizes people, and, more recently, a children's television host who's also a host for a malevolent demon.
Wyatt has certainly gone through a lot of iterations through the years, and it all makes him perfect fodder for some pretty drawings by fans who have been inspired by Wyatt's various gimmicks. So let's take a look at 10 pieces of really awesome Bray Wyatt fan art.
MigsMedia1 Designs is a designer and illustrator who not only works with WWE and Nickelodeon, but also produces a lot of wrestling fan art on their Instagram, including this clever mash-up of "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt and Ed Roth's iconic hot rod character Rat Fink. MigsMedia1 has done a few characters in a Roth's style, but The Fiend is easily the best version thanks to Wyatt's unique mask allowing for more cartooning than the average wrestler's face.
9 Victims of the Firefly Fun House By Hot Rod
Hot Rod -- no relation to Rat Fink -- is a New York City based artist who creates a lot of digital art for his various fandoms, including pro wrestling. This piece turned out to be eye-catching because it looks completely insane thanks to its use of digital collage, particularly the use of a Seth Rollins action figure instead of an actual photograph. It's pretty frenetic, but it's way easier to look at than the actual Rollins/Fiend HIAC match.
8 Let Me In By Nolan Harris
A caricaturist by trade, artist Nolan Harris is great at reproducing wrestler likenesses in a comic style, but a character like Bray Wyatt offers a lot for an artist as good as Harris to play with -- and he's played with Wyatt's imagery multiple times.
This piece is his best one thanks to the evocative image of The Fiend's head bursting to reveal Wyatt's underneath -- a bit of a reversal of the revelation that The Fiend pops Wyatt's head off and uses it as a lantern.
7 The Fiend By James Diato
James Diato is a freelance artist who draws a lot of fan art on social media of characters from video games, anime, comic books, and pro wrestling. He's also drawn Bray Wyatt a few times -- turns out everyone's really inspired by Wyatt's current gimmick -- but this particular piece offers a different look at The Fiend, imagining the mask having the ability to move, and thus making Wyatt seem even more like a character from Spawn than he already did.
6 Yowie Wowie!!! By Nico Romiti
It's about time somebody drew the Firefly Fun House version of Bray Wyatt. Nico Romiti is a comic book artist with a decidedly manga-inspired style, and he put that style to great use with this piece that plays with the dichotomy of Wyatt and The Fiend like those old Spider-Man comics where half of Peter Parker's face would be the Spidey mask. The cute style works perfectly for the cheerful left side of Wyatt.
5 See You In Hell By Thejoshuasaga
Instagram user thejoshuasaga does a ton of digital art -- mostly of pro wrestlers -- and this piece made in the lead-up to the infamous 2019 Hell in a Cell match between Bray Wyatt and Seth Rollins is an especially striking work from this artist. It's hard not to love the use of Wyatt's puppet friends -- you don't see them enough in Wyatt fan art -- but the Xs and devil horns drawn over a terrified Rollins is an especially nice touch.
4 The Fiend By Daniel Viera
Digital artist Daniel Viera does amazing illustrations of pro wrestlers and does commissions, so you could hire him to draw your favorite wrestler for him, like this pair of young WWE superfans -- twin kids who are super into Finn Bálor and Lacey Evans.
It's a well-made illustration, but it's also kind of funny that some kids' parents paid an artist to draw them with one of the most gruesome wrestlers to appear on modern corporate era WWE.
3 The Fiend Who Laughs By Ajstylez.art
Instagram user ajstylez.art is a freelance artist who draws both anime-style illustrations, renditions of pro wrestlers, and a mix of the two. He ended up noticing that The Fiend iteration of Bray Wyatt is like some demonic version of The Joker from DC Comics, so he decided to mash up The Fiend with DC's actual demonic version of The Joker -- The Batman Who Laughs , a corrupted version of Batman from The Dark Multiverse.
2 Let Him In By Zak Kinsella
Denver-based comic book artist and huge wrestling fan Zak Kinsella is great at imbuing wrestlers with his own style while maintaining the character and energy that make them stand out. In this piece of art, Kinsella does a fun black-and-white illustration of The Fiend -- complete with Bray Wyatt head lantern, a necessity for any good Fiend drawing -- with dreads creepily floating above his head and into the darkness. The ominous swirl in the lantern's mouth is a nice touch, too.
1 The Scream By drawingsbygaul
Neil, a.k.a. drawingsbygaul , is an artist based in Norwich, England, who specializes in rendering exquisite photo-realistic pencil drawings of pop culture figures -- especially wrestlers. While he often does portraits, a couple of times he decided to have some fun and have The Fiend invade famous paintings including Leonardo's Mona Lisa and The Scream by Edvard Munch. The Fiend invading The Scream makes sense for obvious reasons, and it suggests an insane WWE angle where, like, Braun Strowman is in the Louvre and The Fiend just keeps showing up in random pieces of fine art.
