How To Block Corel Draw X8 From Internet

I recently ran into a trouble to actuate CorelDraw X7. Usually, I have CorelDraw x7 installed and running for some months at present without any issue, merely the problem started a few weeks ago based on Corel Depict fair policy.

At first, I thought the trouble was from the windows update I did, merely then I discovered that the principal outcome was from Corel draw x7 accessing the net, so I embarked on operation "How to cake net connexion on Corel depict."

#1. Uninstall Corel Describe X7 and install it

Open windows explorer by going to "This PC" or "My computer."
Navigate to Windows – Arrangement 32 -drivers – etc. – hosts.

Right click on hosts and become to properties. Un-tick Read Simply.

Tick on Security Tab, then click on Edit and tick the following boxes on all accounts listed there.
Full control
Modify
Read & Execute
Read
Write

Right click on the host file, open with Notepad.

Open and Paste these two lines in the host

127.0.0.ane mc.corel.com
127.0.0.1 apps.corel.com

Salvage.
Step three.v: Run Hosts as Ambassador (Update March 2022)

I have been receiving a lot of comments on host file not saving and the solution to that is to a higher place i.e. Pace 3 but people don't seem to understand that pace and thanks to Peter Muriuki, he provided an easier solution to the Hosts file not saving trouble.

SOLUTION
Open Start Menu
Search for notepad & Right clicked on it
Select Run as Administrator
Once notepad was open, open hosts. file
add these two lines:
127.0.0.1 mc.corel.com
127.0.0.i apps.corel.com
and save.

#iv. Allow/Cake an app on Windows Firewall Setting

This is the most natural step. Please follow my instructions.
Press Windows Fundamental and type in "Firewall." Select Permit an app through windows firewall.

  Click on "Change Settings" and scroll down to where you encounter Corel draw and the rule you created in footstep 1.

  

• 
  Untick Corel Depict X7, Photo-Pigment X7 and the rule you created.
